Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy

  • Craft and localize brand messaging to align with CIS market needs, cultural nuances, and industry trends, driving brand relevance and loyalty.

2. Public Relations

  • Develop and manage a strategic PR plan to drive brand visibility and reputation across the CIS region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regional media, influencers, and key industry players, ensuring effective media outreach and engagement.
  • Oversee PR campaigns, including press releases, events, and media interviews, positioning the brand as a thought leader and credible player in the industry.

3. Content Development

  • Work with internal content teams to develop regionally relevant content, including blog posts, social media, and case studies.
  • Manage brand storytelling efforts that resonate with Russian and Ukrainian audiences, showcasing success stories, user testimonials, and brand milestones.
  • Support the development of thought leadership content that highlights the brand’s expertise, commitment to innovation, and industry insight.

4. Business Support and Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the business development and product teams to ensure brand support in launching new products, services, or campaigns, tailoring messaging and strategy to the Russian and Ukrainian audiences.
  • Develop brand initiatives that align with local business goals, contributing to user engagement and supporting user growth generation efforts.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on regional competition and consumer insights, adjusting brand strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

5. Industry Influence

  • Identify and engage with key influencers, opinion leaders, and brand ambassadors in the CIS region to support campaigns and amplify brand messaging.
  • Engage in industry events, conferences, and forums, representing the brand and elevating its presence within key CIS market, and act as the company spokesperson for the region, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to position the brand as a top industry influencer within the region, leveraging industry connections to enhance brand authority.

6. Performance Tracking

  • Regularly track brand performance, media coverage, and campaign impact across the CIS region, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare reports, demonstrating the brand’s reach, industry influence, and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Brand, PR or Marketing, with at least 3 years focused on the CIS region, crypto-related experience will be preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns in the CIS market.
  • Strong network of media and industry contacts across the CIS region.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with good collaborations, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of local user behaviors, cultural trends, and market dynamics within the region.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, Russian and Ukrainian.
