What you will do:
Step into a high-impact role within the luxury division of a global real estate leader. As a Membership Sales Associate, you’ll help by connecting top-performing agents with one of the most prestigious and innovative platforms in the industry.
Reporting to Sales leadership, the Sales Associate plays a key role in expanding our Membership through strategic outreach and relationship building. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a relationship-driven environment. You’ll work with a mix of warm, marketing-generated leads, inbound interest, and strategic outreach. While some appointment setting is expected, you’ll benefit from scheduled consultations, a proven CRM system, and tailored marketing support to help you succeed.
Engage real estate professionals through outreach, follow-up, and event connections
Conduct compelling membership presentations—some appointments will be set for you
Guide prospects through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
Track pipeline activity and performance using our established CRM
Collaborate with a fast-growing team and contribute ideas to fuel our momentum
Other Accountabilities as Assigned
Client Engagement & Deal Closure:
Conduct one-on-one sales presentations, effectively communicating the value of eXp Luxury’s offerings.
Handle objections, answer questions, and guide prospects toward membership enrollment.
Negotiate and finalize membership agreements, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Presentations & Marketing Collaboration:
Develop and deliver high-impact sales presentations tailored to the needs of luxury real estate professionals.
Work closely with the Marketing team to align outreach efforts with brand messaging and campaigns.
Provide input on marketing strategies based on client feedback and market trends.
Performance & KPI Accountability:
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, including call volume, appointments set, and membership conversions.
Monitor personal sales performance and proactively adjust strategies to optimize results.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Luxury Growth Sales Manager on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Collaboration & Professional Development:
Work closely with team members to refine sales strategies and share best practices.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and luxury real estate market knowledge.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities within luxury real estate.

How you will grab our attention:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
2+ years in sales, business development, or a similar role
Strong communicator with excellent follow-up and closing skills
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-focused
Experience with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
