Your new role

You love building technical solutions that actually work—from concept to implementation? As a Solution Engineer at NFON, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our cloud-based business telephony platform. In this pivotal position, you collaborate with product teams, developers, and stakeholders to design scalable technical solutions and bring them to life. You take ownership of architectural planning across teams and ensure that concepts become real, functioning products.

The work you‘ll do

Take technical ownership of complex, cross-functional projects
Design and guide scalable solutions for our cloud telephony platform
Analyze requirements and develop technical concepts with teams
Build prototypes and evaluate technical feasibility for key components
Define work packages with Product Owners and estimate efforts
Support development teams during implementation and coordination
Monitor progress and ensure transparent communication across teams

The qualifications you need

Strong technical foundation, ideally with hands-on development experience
Solid understanding of software architecture and system integration
Experience with VoIP, SIP, or cloud telephony is a plus
Background in agile environments, possibly with Product Owner experience
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Self-organized and solution-driven working style
Confident using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
Fluent in English
