Are you excited about sourcing and growing a crowd of users for interesting and challenging projects? You will work on growing our global crowd database to source the right people to participate in projects which help our clients develop technologies and devices in the fast-pace and high-growth AI market.

Expertise on recruiting candidates from outside of our localization bubble will be a huge advantage.


Responsibilities:

Recruitment/Talent Acquisition/Crowdsourcing

  • Define and execute effective recruitment, sourcing and onboarding strategies across multiple channels (e.g. recruitment platforms, social media platforms, online channels, emails) based on project requirements, and monitor the performance of these strategies using analytics
  • Identify tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience – no two projects are the same!
  • Source, onboard and allocate appropriate resources for projects.
  • Monitor vendor and crowd performance, providing feedback and recommendations.
  • Ensure vendor and resource selection aligns with project needs and budget.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to define and manage recruitment budget and strategies in line with the budget for each project.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Willing to work remotely in part time or full time capacity
    • 2-3+ years of user freelancer recruitment/sourcing experience, ideally in the multilingual data collection industry
    • Excellent communicator in written and spoken English 
    • Bonus – Ability to speak more than 1 language is a plus.
