Lithia & Driveway | Website Support Specialist


Location: Medford, OR (Preferred) | Remote (Available)

Compensation: $21.00/hr

Are you the go-to person when something on a website goes wrong? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment? Lithia & Driveway (LAD) is looking for a Website Support Specialist to help manage and support the online presence of our nationwide network of dealerships.

You'll play a key role in ensuring our websites are accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards—all while collaborating with creative teams, store leadership, and third-party vendors. Whether you're local to Medford or remote, we want someone ready to dive into digital problem-solving and support our growing team!

What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple dealership websites and work with leadership to keep them current

  • Coordinate web content updates and tasks with project managers and our creative team

  • Troubleshoot site and inventory errors with urgency and accuracy

  • Monitor websites to ensure brand, legal, and compliance standards are met

  • Communicate effectively with store leaders and third-party vendors

  • Support Lithia's SEO and digital marketing initiatives

  • Learn and use internal project and ticketing systems

  • Be available for occasional on-call weekend or holiday support

What You Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Experience with database integration and digital marketing is a plus

  • 1–2 years of experience in web support or a degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or Computer Science preferred—but we’ll train the right candidate!
