Compensation: $21.00/hr
Are you the go-to person when something on a website goes wrong? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment? Lithia & Driveway (LAD) is looking for a Website Support Specialist to help manage and support the online presence of our nationwide network of dealerships.
You'll play a key role in ensuring our websites are accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards—all while collaborating with creative teams, store leadership, and third-party vendors. Whether you're local to Medford or remote, we want someone ready to dive into digital problem-solving and support our growing team!
What You'll Do
Manage multiple dealership websites and work with leadership to keep them current
Coordinate web content updates and tasks with project managers and our creative team
Troubleshoot site and inventory errors with urgency and accuracy
Monitor websites to ensure brand, legal, and compliance standards are met
Communicate effectively with store leaders and third-party vendors
Support Lithia's SEO and digital marketing initiatives
Learn and use internal project and ticketing systems
Be available for occasional on-call weekend or holiday support
What You Bring
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Experience with database integration and digital marketing is a plus
1–2 years of experience in web support or a degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or Computer Science preferred—but we’ll train the right candidate!
