Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Airline Reservations Department. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about travel and exceptional customer service, and are ready to assist Spanish-speaking customers with their airline reservations and inquiries.


Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, assisting them with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations.
  • Guide customers through the reservation process and provide accurate information regarding fares, routes, and airline policies.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the interaction.
  • Document customer interactions comprehensively in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Stay informed about the airline's services, deals, and promotional offers to provide accurate assistance to customers.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and improved customer experiences.
  • Promote a welcoming atmosphere while assisting customers with their travel plans.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or airline industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Proficient in customer service applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • A genuine interest in travel and a desire to assist customers in planning their journeys.
