Responsibilities
  • Offer exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and assisting with orders for grocery delivery services.
  • Guide customers through the ordering process and help them navigate the website or app efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring first-call resolution when possible.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback meticulously to assist in improving service quality.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams to address any logistical issues that arise during the delivery process.
  • Actively contribute to creating a positive customer experience by providing tailored solutions and support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the retail or grocery sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
