Full-time on site/hybrid (Lviv) or remote (countrywide employment)
You are:
- A specialist with university degree (in the field of Business Administration, Economics or Finance would be an advantage)
- Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and SAP
- Attentive to details and able to work with a big volume of data
- Good analyst with communication, planning and coordination skills
- Confident in English on at least Intermediate level (both written and verbal)
With you we will:
- Provide all the activities related to data quality by performing sample check analysis of all processes performed by Stream Operations for each live market
- Calculate KPIs according to the defined deadlines, upload data into Powe BI dashboard and other platforms
- Prepare periodic internal/external reports/dashboards on quality of services and provide timely reporting to relevant stakeholders
- Participate in KPIs trends, root cause analysis and problem solving
- Define, propose and implement improvements and automation in the quality processes
- Participate in the projects related to implementation of new tools or functionalities
- Cooperate with Operational Team with the aim to improve process and ensure partner expectations are met and exceeded through service orientation and service quality
