We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented M&A Pipeline Management Analyst to support our Corporate Development team. This role is responsible for ensuring that our M&A deal pipeline is accurately maintained and regularly updated within HubSpot, our CRM platform. 

As a key member of the back-office operations, you will not be interacting with external parties but will instead play a critical behind-the-scenes role—tracking deal progress, generating reports, and supporting internal decision-making with timely, reliable data.

Position Responsibilities: 

HubSpot CRM Management
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all M&A opportunities in HubSpot, including deal status, stage, key dates, and internal owners
  • Ensure consistent and accurate tagging, categorization, and data input across the deal pipeline
  • Coordinate with internal deal owners to ensure all updates are reflected in the system

  • Reporting & Data Support
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to summarize deal activity, pipeline health, and performance metrics
  • Create and maintain dashboards that visualize key trends and help support strategic planning
  • Respond to data requests from the Corporate Development team, ensuring high-quality and error-free outputs

  • Data Integrity & Quality Control
  • Perform regular audits of the HubSpot CRM to identify and correct incomplete or outdated information
  • Document processes and maintain internal playbooks for CRM usage and reporting best practices
  • Track and archive historical deal data for future reference and internal review

  • Process Improvement Support
  • Help identify opportunities to streamline reporting and CRM workflows
  • Assist with the rollout of updates to HubSpot pipelines, custom fields, or automation where appropriate
  • Support special projects and internal initiatives as needed

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field2+ years of experience in a reporting, business operations, or data management role
  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently, with experience in distributed team environments a plus
