WHAT YOU WILL DO
The main responsibility of the Program Manager is to work with the Director in program execution, brand ambassador KPI tracking, budget tracking, and other tasks to ensure the program is running successfully. The Program Manager will have the following key tasks:

People Development Responsibilities

·    Work with management to oversee the recruitment process and obtain quality personnel to work on our client’s business

·    Identify Managers who need additional development and work with those individuals to improve skills and program results

·    Facilitate a speedy turnaround when staffing any open markets

·    Work with the client and the field to make sure that account lists are accurate, up to date, and can truly impact the targeted consumers

·    Provide consistent and timely training for designated field personnel

 Client Relationship Responsibilities

·    Work collaboratively with key client and distributor personnel in assigned market areas to ensure execution goals are achieved

·    Work with key market area personnel to effectively resolve any issues in a timely manner

·    Ensure the consistent implementation of all experiential events across the assigned territory and that corporate goals are achieved

·    Provide feedback to the client on experiential and local programming to improve the development of future programs

·    Drive execution against all special event requests from the client to include planning, staffing, execution and measuring results

·    Align with the business to drive the strategic and very direct sales targets for each territory

·    Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs

·    Plan for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company

 Administrative Responsibilities

·    Work with BAs monthly to ensure that all budgets are used efficiently and are in alignment with client direction

·    Present monthly recaps of program results to the client and TEAM

·    Facilitate brainstorming sessions with BA’s to gain key insight and feedback on both experiential and local market programming

·    Assist with program trainings as well as with the development of training materials

·    Ensure all client requests are completed in a timely and accurate manner

 

WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD

·    Experience in the Adult Beverage industry and understanding of legalities preferred

·    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred.

·    Experience in promotional marketing or event execution

·    3+ years of management experience

·    3+ years sales experience

·    Must be based within the assigned market areas and travel monthly up to 30%: Southern California, Texas, and Arizona.

· The typical work week varies from week to week and includes consistent nights and weekends
