DIGITAL PRODUCT ASSOCIATE (f/m/d)

who will work directly with operations teams to identify where AI can create impact. This person will help tailor and implement digital products, encourage user adoption, and continuously refine solutions based on feedback from the field. This is a role for someone excited about being on-site, working closely with users, and bringing practical AI solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Work side-by-side with frontline teams to deploy and test AI-powered digital tools
• Promote adoption by training users and integrating solutions into daily workflows
• Use design thinking to spot process improvements and reduce operational inefficiencies
• Analyze data to uncover insights and support the development of ML models
• Turn user feedback into technical requirements and collaborate on product iterations
• Contribute to product innovation and support long-term roadmap development

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or digital/AI transformation
• Data-savvy, with a working knowledge of (or strong interest in) AI/ML
• Skilled in identifying pain points and turning them into actionable solutions
• Comfortable in dynamic, on-site industrial environments
• A strong communicator and problem-solver with cross-functional collaboration experience
• Experience in the heavy industry is a plus
• Fluent English

Location: Indonesia. It’s a home office based position, but it is required to travel to the headquarters in Sumbawa.
