As a Recruiter, you'll be at the heart of our full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers across our three businesses in Fixed Radiology, Mobile Radiology and Oncology.

As a vital member of the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams, you will:
Collaborate and Strategize: Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to create and execute sourcing strategies that attract high-caliber talent. You'll also recommend and manage external recruiters when needed.
Candidate Experience: Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and identify top talent for your open roles. Creating a seamless experience from first contact through onboarding.
Pipeline Development: Tap into passive talent pools to build pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Interview Management: Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate productive discussions with hiring managers to ensure the right hire every time.
Offer and Onboarding: Guide hiring managers through offer processes and oversee pre-employment activities, ensuring new team members experience a smooth and engaging onboarding journey.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance metrics to track trends, identify improvement opportunities, and influence hiring strategies effectively.
Build Relationships: Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing constructive feedback and expert guidance.
What You Bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: At least 2+ years of full-cycle high volume recruiting experience required.
Business Acumen: A strong grasp of the business functions you support, enabling effective recruitment strategies.
Sourcing Expertise: Proven ability to attract top talent in diverse geographic regions and build robust candidate pipelines.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that establish trust and credibility.
Influence and Guidance: Ability to provide thoughtful feedback to hiring managers while guiding them through hiring best practices.
Adaptability: Success in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
