Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary

This role will involve assisting in maintaining the books of accounts for clients from diverse industries.

Key Performance Area

Assist in the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and records by collecting and organizing financial data.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes by posting journal entries and reconciling accounts as directed
Manage and maintain the company's books of accounts, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Prepare MIS reports for analysing of financial performance and trends
Provide regular updates to the senior accountant on the progress of assigned tasks, including time sheets, billing, and collection activities.
Participate in learning new accounting software applications.

Requirements

ACCA Finalist/CA Inter or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of experience in accounting or finance role preferable in consultancy background
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good knowledge of accounting platforms like Zoho, Quickbooks, Tally etc.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
