Job description

Job Description​
Recruits screens and interviews for all positions within assigned cost centers and or product lines. Participates in strategic workforce planning process identifies needs for new recruitment campaigns and acts as liaison with referral sources. Reviews HR Process Scorecard metrics and collaborates with HR Director and management team on action plans to improve results. Implements monitors and ensures departments are in compliance with established policies and procedures. Responds in a timely fashion to escalate sensitive HR issues with experience and confidence. Regularly solicits feedback on Human Resources services from the assigned organizations management and continually seeks to address issues and concerns. Plans and advises management in the carrying out of performance management and employee development plans. Provides ongoing performance coaching and feedback to leaders regarding issues of managerial style communications and employee and peer interactions.
