Job description

Responsibilities

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team! The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, filtering, interviewing and presenting candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for openings within the Sales and Services organization in the Americas region.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will assist in the following activities in a very fast-paced, collaborative and challenging environment:

  • Provide proactive, professional and exceptional support to our Americas Hiring Managers
  • Leverage social media outlets to attract passive candidates and encourage referrals
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch positive experience for every candidate from application stage to offer
  • Create positions and route through approvals via our Global HRIS and ATS
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and create effective job descriptions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, proactive candidate sourcing, interviewing, manager and candidate engagement and offer negotiation.
  • Support special projects that enhance Hexagon’s recruitment initiatives.

Education / Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional recruiting and sourcing experience for Sales and Service roles.
  • Experience in both a corporate and search firm environment is highly preferred
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to manage and prioritize competing recruitment assignments in a dynamic environment, including partnering with multiple internal and external customers simultaneously is required
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear, concise and timely communication
  • A demonstrated passion for recruiting and providing amazing customer service
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter
