As Growth Manager you’ll be at the heart of our ambitious growth plans. Our team is dedicated to developing and activating national and territory-level strategies, ensuring that growth projects are successfully delivered across all divisions and areas. We bring momentum and focus to every project, coordinating essential functions to drive growth.
You’ll partner with ARMs across an audiology territory and work closely with the Head of Retail to keep our growth plans on track. Responsible for the projects from opportunity identification and financial evaluation to partnership engagement and ESG sign-off. Your primary focus will be unlocking and delivering new audiology hubs, targeting growth projects in key towns, and securing the right projects for each location.
You'll be accountable for the overall hub and large project growth strategy within your territory. This includes developing, reviewing, and reporting on the growth strategy, ensuring strategic objectives are well understood and achieved. You'll work effectively with key stakeholders, build strong relationships, and see projects through from conception to delivery. You'll review projects and provide feedback to stakeholders, continuously looking for ways to improve and identify cost savings and efficiencies.
We're looking for someone with experience in retail and retail change, partnership experience and a high interest in innovation and strategic development, and the ability to drive clear financial returns.
You should be a problem solver with strong communication and influencing skills, be able to lead people through change, and focus on evidence-based decision-making.
