As the Senior Product Owner, you will be the champion for your product, responsible for translating the product vision into a prioritized and actionable product backlog. You will act as the voice of the customer and the "CEO" of the product within the Scrum Team, ensuring the delivery of high-value features that align with business goals and delight users. You will lead the backlog refinement process and collaborate closely with the development team and stakeholders to maximize product value.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product vision to the Scrum Team and stakeholders
  • Own, prioritize, and refine product backlog based on business value
  • Collaborate with Product Manager to translate product strategy into backlog items
  • Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team
  • Participate in all Scrum ceremonies to provide guidance and alignment
  • Conduct market research and analysis for backlog prioritization
  • Gather and analyze feedback for product improvement
  • Work with UX/UI designers for user experience consideration
  • Monitor the success of delivered features using data and metrics
  • Focus on maximizing product value and aligning with vision, strategy, and customer needs
  • Make critical decisions on backlog prioritization and user stories
  • Communicate product backlog status and updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure transparency and clear communication on backlog priorities and decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Product Management or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership
  • Proven ability to define and prioritize product backlogs
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
  • Experience in healthcare industry is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

  • 2 rest days per week
  • 13th Month Pay
