Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding home appliances products via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about product specifications, troubleshooting issues, and service requests.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive experience throughout the resolution process.
  • Document all customer interactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding issues.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to enhance product knowledge and address customer concerns effectively.
  • Stay informed about the latest home appliance trends and product offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve service processes and product offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in the home appliances or retail sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards customer service.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
