Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about products, order statuses, returns, and exchanges.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Guide customers through the online shopping process, helping them navigate the website and find the products they need.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and promotions to offer accurate information and recommendations.
  • Document all customer interactions meticulously and contribute to the enhancement of customer service protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and ensure consistent quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly within the online retail or e-commerce sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • A passion for online shopping and understanding of e-commerce trends is a plus.
