Position Overview

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of People to join the team. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving workforce strategies and enhancing organizational culture to foster an environment of growth and excellence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective people strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Oversee talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment strategies, onboarding, and integration of new hires.
  • Lead performance management initiatives to drive employee development and ensure a high-performing culture.
  • Design and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Enhance employee engagement through regular surveys, feedback mechanisms, and team-building activities.
  • Spearhead diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a balanced and equitable workplace.
  • Provide HR-related guidance and support to management and employees on various issues such as performance, development, and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and organizational policies to minimize risk.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure the effective implementation of organizational change initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on employee relations and talent management.
  • Proven track record of developing, implementing, and measuring people strategies.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience with HR software systems and recruitment platforms.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
