As we continue to expand across markets and grow our product portfolio, we are looking for a strategic, customer-centric Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead and shape our product and customer marketing efforts.
This is a unique opportunity to build and scale the product marketing function for Provet Cloud - defining how we communicate value to our markets, how we launch, and how we drive adoption and cross-sell success across a global customer base.
You’ll be the strategic bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success - owning the narrative, crafting GTM strategy, and developing assets that help internal teams and customers alike deeply understand what makes Provet Cloud the best choice for modern veterinary practices. 🚀

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution, and who is excited to roll up their sleeves to build systems, content, and process in a high-growth, high-owernship environment. You’ll have ownership or co-ownership over:
Product positioning and messaging
Launch strategy and execution
Sales enablement
Cross-sell and upsell marketing
Customer communication frameworks
Competitive intelligence & market research
What you'll do
Develop and own Provet Cloud’s product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation in the market
Define and implement GTM strategies for new features, integrations, and cross-sell initiatives
Create and scale a customer marketing motion to drive product adoption, engagement, and expansion
Translate technical features into customer value stories that resonate with distinct buyer personas (from vet owners to enterprise practice managers)
Build and maintain global sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, battlecards, customer stories, and product sheets
Partner with Product to influence roadmap decisions through voice-of-customer insights, market feedback, and competitive intelligence and market research
Collaborate with Growth & Country Marketing Managers to design campaigns that increase adoption, retention, and MRR
Be the internal champion for Provet Cloud’s product narrative across teams
Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. Our humble wishlist includes:
5+ years or experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in vertical SaaS, healthcare, or animal health
A strategic storyteller who knows how to shape product narratives that resonate with practitioners and business leaders alike
Experienced in launching products and features from concept to post-launch, with a solid understanding of the GTM lifecycle and the ability to shape that here
A builder- someone who sees ambiguity as opportunity and can put structure around ideas to drive them forward
Excellent writer and communicator, with a knack for making the complex simple and the ability to translate technical features into value statements for veterinary professionals
Strong collaborate who thrives in cross-functional environments and enjoys leading without authority
Comfortable analyzing product usage data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform decisions
Knowledge of the veterinary market is a big plus - passion for animals is always welcome!
