MetaWealth is an investment platform, that is disrupting RWA Asset Classes, such as real estate, through the utilization of technology to enable easier, faster and cheaper investments to global investors. Within our platform, investors have the ability to invest in institutional grade investments in minutes and starting from a minimum investment of 100€. We're looking for a sharp, user-obsessed Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of go-to-market, user messaging, and lifecycle growth across the MetaWealth platform. You’ll sit at the center of product, marketing, and growth — making sure users not only get excited to invest, but actually do it (and come back for more).
Responsibilities
Work alongside the Head of marketing to bring the full GTM lifecycle for new asset launches, features, and updates — from pre-launch strategy to post-launch iteration
Develop clear, compelling product messaging and narratives that build user trust and drive action
Build and optimise onboarding, activation, and retention journeys across email, push, and in-app messaging
Create and manage user segmentation strategies, targeting first-time investors, power users, and Web3-native buyers differently
Partner with product and data teams to define and improve key lifecycle metrics (activation rate, retention, multi-asset investing)
Work closely with growth on testing messaging across paid and owned channels
Qualifications
3+ years experience in product marketing or lifecycle marketing at a fast-growing startup (Fintech or Web3 a big plus)
Proven experience launching and growing new features or products
Strong understanding of user behavior, research, and customer segmentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you're great at making the complex simple
You're comfortable wearing multiple hats, working cross-functionally, and taking initiative in a lean environment
