Responsibilities

-Collaborate in recommending appropriate modern data stack tools for clients based on their specific needs.

-Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions.

-Create and optimize data models to support client reporting and analytics needs.

-Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and visualization.

-Participate in client communications to support project updates and address issues or concerns.

-Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging technologies to assist in improving data engineering processes.

Skills Required

1-4 years of experience in data engineering/analytics, with a proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end data solutions.

Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.

Experience with data warehouse platforms like Snowflake and Google BigQuery is highly desirable; familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, and AWS is a plus.

Experience with modern data stack tools (such as fivetran,dbt, census) is highly desirable.

Proficiency in one of the BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Preset/Superset, Metabase .

Familiarity with Airflow, Databricks, and event tracking tools such as Heap, Segment, and Rudderstack is nice to have.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges.

Great communication skills and the ability to proactively engage with client capable of effective collaboration with team members and clients.

Getting things done, knowing how to unblock yourself, communicating, and engaging with customers proactively.
