Join Aprio's Finance team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for an Internal Treasury Manager to join their dynamic team. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Treasury team in analyses, budgeting and forecasting to add valuable insights to support firm leadership in managing the existing business as well as integrating newly acquired firms. This role requires a desire to analyze the business through data and a passion to be curious. 

Position Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, update and maintain the Firm’s 52-week cash forecast model
  • Understand the business and how transactions affect cash flow.
  • Maintain debt schedules and analysis
  • Help team with reconciliations of bank accounts and posting cash and debt transactions; Review and approve as needed.
  • Critically review analyses to see trends and understand their impact
  • Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Treasury operations
  • Review & assist with Partner contract analysis and metrics.
  • Review and approve all treasury-related balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Maintain the firm’s cap tables and equity issuances, using CARTA.
  • Ad hoc requests from the Treasury team and senior management

  • Qualifications:
  • Amenable to work mid shift (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM, PH Time)
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of finance, treasury or accounting experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI a plus
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Critical thinking skills to analyze data, find patterns and draw conclusions
  • Self-motivated and curious in nature
  • Maintain confidentiality of all data and information
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize competing demands
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Results oriented with a process improvement & growth mindset
  • Collaborative and works closely as a team player
