Position Summary: The Treasury Management Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing the implementation of treasury management services. They provide technical support and client training for all Treasury Management-related services along with training and communication to internal associates. Essential Job Functions:
- Implements the onboarding of Treasury Services to include ACH Origination, Wire Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Lockbox, Account Reconciliation/Transmission Cash Vault, and Sweeps to new and existing clients, along with any new services offered in the future.
- Reviews Treasury Service Agreements for accuracy and compliance provides feedback to bankers, and assists bankers with completing agreements.
Provides high-quality training, communication, and ongoing support on Treasury Services, to clients and FineMark associates. - Stays up to date with the latest treasury management services, and industry trends and maintains Treasury Services software applications while identifying opportunities for process improvement in implementation procedures.
- Effectively manages risk by recognizing trends and communicating concerns to peers and management, taking proper steps to mitigate loss.
- Works closely with the Treasury Management Services Development Officer to uncover client needs, new service development, and training opportunities while retaining, cultivating, and growing deposit relationships.
- Streamlines onboarding process and workflow to continue to provide the service level by FineMark standards and maintain our competitive edge.
- Manages the audit process for any treasury management service requirements.
- Communicate with clients and internal associates for any Treasury Management Services updates.
- Completes required compliance and technical training as assigned including ABA courses.
- Ability to travel to all locations to support clients and associates.
- Regular attendance at the FineMark location designated in this job description, during regular business hours, or assigned hours for the position, is required. This is not a remote work position.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned by management.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Associate’s Degree with a minimum of five (5) years’ deposit operations experience within a financial institution or a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of XAA account analysis is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently, establish priorities, and meet critical deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of ACH NACHA Files, and all Treasury Management Services.
- CTM, CCM, or AAP certification is preferred.

Some distance vision and color vision may be necessary.
Environmental Conditions. A person is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions and only exposed to moderate noise; they may occasionally work near moving mechanical parts or machinery such as a copier/printer.
