Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible within client's business hours, 30 hours a week/6 hours a day
Client Timezone: Perth, AU


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and visibility
  • Launch and manage digital ad campaigns, including Google and social media platforms
  • Monitor performance and report on key metrics like conversions, traffic, and ROI
  • Keep our website updated and optimized (basic edits, blog posts, page formatting)
  • Conduct research on competitors, keywords, and content performance
  • Track and report on budgets and KPIs using spreadsheets or dashboards
  • Suggest ways to improve user experience and increase conversions
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, or external partners when needed

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Practical experience running paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, etc.)
  • A solid grasp of SEO fundamentals
  • Comfortable updating websites using platforms like WordPress
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets to manage data and report on results
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Organized with good time management skills
Nice to Have (but not required)
  • Experience with reporting tools like Google Analytics or Looker Studio
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or basic automation platforms
  • Exposure to LinkedIn Ads or managing content across professional platforms
  • Background in an agency setting or working with multiple brands/clients
