Job description

  • Support Digital Marketing Strategy
  • Support strategy development of digital marketing in collaboration with supervisors and other marketing staff.
  • Support the construction and improvement of marketing automation flows in collaboration with supervisors and other marketing staff.
  • Support the selection of appropriate digital channels as touchpoints with target customers and the setting of KPIs in collaboration with supervisors and other marketing staff.
  • Build Prospect Pools through Digital Channels
  • Lead SEO optimization based on input from supervisors and other marketing staff.
  • Lead SEM optimization (Google Ads, etc.) based on input from supervisors and other marketing staff.
  • Manage Content Creation Utilizing 3rd Party Vendors
  • Manage the creation of effective digital content (web pages, web advertising assets, etc.) for targeted customers based on input from supervisors and other marketing staff.
  • Manage the optimization of content considering SEO.
  • Manage the operation and optimization of Google Ads, etc.
  • Manage schedules for projects utilizing 3rd party vendors.
  • Utilize Marketing Automation Tools
  • Plan, create, and execute email campaigns.
  • Manage email lists and assist with targeting.
  • Create, manage, and improve web forms.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Measure campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics, MA tools, and CRM tools.
    • Propose improvements based on obtained data and KPIs.
    • Report on the progress and results of marketing initiatives

Experience / qualifications 

Required:

  • More than 2 years of digital marketing experience in B2B
  • Experience with digital marketing tools: MA tools (experience with Pardot preferred), Google Analytics, advertising platforms, CRM tools (experience with SFDC preferred)
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze raw data and create reports
  • Communication skills: Ability to collaborate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders
