We are currently searching for a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Services business for Transact+CBORD. Please see the details for the position below.

Title: Sr. Financial Analyst

Location: Remote within the US

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic business decision making through financial modeling and analysis, including ad-hoc modeling and analysis to achieve business and company goals.
  • Maintain financial budgets and forecasts for the business and track key variances.
  • Design and create monthly, quarterly dashboards to help monitor and identify key business trends.
  • Develops financial plans and reports for organizational leaders.
  • Enhance and maintain key KPIs to drive better investment decisions, such as return on spend at the program or initiative level.
  • Constantly improve accuracy by understanding the underlying business drivers.
  • Update assumptions with inputs from operational business improvements.
  • Variance reporting (forecast vs. actuals) and analysis.
  • Provide inputs to monthly reporting packages, and monthly and quarterly business reviews.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in financial planning & analysis, management consulting, or public and managerial accounting.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Have a rigorous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Highly organized and can work on multiple projects at once.
  • A high level of analytical ability and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in an Enterprise SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Experience with Datarails, Microsoft Dynamics D365 or Power BI is a plus.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
