This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • 20 hours/week, Tuesday through Saturday, four hours a day, 4 PM -8 PM CST

As a Solar Energy Appointment Setting Specialist, you’ll utilize state-of-the-art prospecting tools to identify and engage with qualified homeowners, introducing them to exclusive promotional offerings and setting appointments for solar consultations. This position offers an attractive base compensation plus performance bonuses, with clear paths for growth as our operations expand. Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional outbound calls to pre-qualified Texas homeowners using our advanced Propstream platform
  • Create engaging conversations that educate prospects about current solar energy promotions and opportunities
  • Qualify potential customers through strategic questioning and verification of homeownership status
  • Secure and document utility bill information from interested prospects
  • Schedule qualified appointments for solar consultation sessions
  • Navigate common objections with confidence and maintain positive engagement
  • Follow up with prospects at optimal times to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions and appointments in our system
  • Meet or exceed weekly appointment setting targets
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and training sessions to enhance skills


Requirements

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service roles
  • Excellent English communication skills with clear and professional phone presence
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly and maintain engaging conversations
  • Demonstrated resilience and positive attitude in handling objections
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software platforms
  • Experience with CRM systems and data entry preferred
  • Professional home office setup with reliable internet connection
  • Ability to work independently while meeting team goals
  • Basic understanding of solar energy concepts a plus
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
