Job Description

Responsibilities

• Create and execute engaging social media content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube shorts
  
• Transform existing video content into compelling short-form posts (30 seconds to 1 minute)
  
• Design eye-catching thumbnails and visual assets that maintain professional medical standards
  
• Manage and optimize cross-platform posting schedule (3x weekly to daily)
  
• Edit procedure videos and educational content while ensuring HIPAA compliance
  
• Collaborate on newsletter content creation and distribution
  
• Organize and maintain digital content library
  
• Track engagement metrics and adjust strategies for optimal organic growth
  
• Support expansion into new content formats and platforms

Requirements

• 3+ years of demonstrated success in social media management and content creation
  
• Proven expertise in video editing software and content creation tools
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaign work
  
• Excellent understanding of social media best practices across multiple platforms
  
• Experience with content calendar management and scheduling tools
  
• Superior English communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  
• Available during EST business hours
  
• HIPAA compliance knowledge or willingness to undergo training
  
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
  
• Spanish language fluency is a plus
