3+ years proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role with a portfolio to demonstrate, ideally in manufacturing. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Creativity and ability to generate engaging content ideas. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Core responsibilities:

Develop engaging text, images, and videos aligned with brand voice and audience interests. Foster interactions, respond to comments/messages promptly, and cultivate a positive brand image. Monitor metrics, analyze performance data, and generate reports to optimize strategies and achieve goals. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop content calendars, advertising campaigns, and influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. Assist in membership renewal processes along with other ad hoc admin tasks.
