This is a remote position.

Role Name: Business Development Specialist

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm Fairfield, CA time

Client Timezone: US Pacific Standard Time

Scope:

  • 40 hours/week
  • Team collaboration via Slack and other communication tools
  • Regular interaction with CEO and leadership team

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and warm up leads generated by the lead generation team through cold calling mainly
  • Manage handoff process between lead generation and closing teams
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to lead generation specialists
  • Ensure proper use of sales tools including Instantly AI, Buzz AI, and Zoom Info
  • Maintain active communication and collaboration through Slack
  • Report directly to the CEO on sales team performance
  • Manage daily sales operations and team coordination

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and workflows
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Track record of successful team mentorship
  • Experience working with remote/distributed teams
  • Ability to work full-time in a dedicated capacity
  • Strong organizational and process management skills
  • Demonstrated reliability and commitment to attendance
