Job summary

We are looking for our team member at Istituto Marangoni Paris.

As an HR Officer, you will be integrated into the Human Resources department and actively participate in various HR tasks. You will work under the supervision of the HR Manager and collaborate with the entire team on diverse projects.

MISSIONS :

Recruitment:

  • Drafting and posting job offers.
  • Screening resumes and pre-selecting candidates.
  • Participating in recruitment interviews.

Employee Administration:

  • Monitoring employee files (contracts, amendments, etc.).
  • Updating HR databases and the HRIS.
  • Managing the payroll process.
  • Preparing payroll-related documents.

Training and Development:

  • Organizing and monitoring training sessions.
  • Participating in the development of the training plan.
  • Tracking and evaluating completed training sessions.

HR Projects:

  • Participating in HR development projects.
  • Contributing to the improvement of existing HR processes.
  • Assisting in the implementation of new HR initiatives.

Internal Communication:

  • Contributing to the drafting of the internal communications.
  • Participating in the organization of internal events (team building, seminars, etc.).

PROFILE :

Education:

Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Management, or equivalent.

Experience:

A first successful experience in Human Resources in a generalist role, a recruitment role or a social jurist role.

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team spirit and ability to work independently.
  • Strong knowledge of the French labour regulation.
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office, HR software).
  • Dynamism and proactivity.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
