Job Title: Lead ITAM SAM BPC Consultant

Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months
Hours: 224 (Estimated 8–12 hours per week once ramped up)

Clearance Requirement: Must have or be willing to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Onboarding Requirement: Requires successful onboarding with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), including fingerprinting, training for a PIV card, and access to the VA environment

Job Description:

We are seeking a Lead ITAM SAM BPC Consultant with expertise in App Engine to support the VA environment. The consultant will work under the direction of the customer, conducting workshop sessions, product demonstrations, user story creation, and advisory support related to IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead workshop sessions on ITAM SAM BPC with App Engine
Demonstrate the product's capabilities to stakeholders
Assist in defining and creating user stories for implementation
Provide strategic advisory support for IT asset and software asset management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT asset tracking and reporting

Qualifications:

Proven experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM)
Hands-on expertise with BPC (Business Process Consultant) and App Engine
Strong background in configuration management and asset lifecycle processes

Preferred Skills:

Strong facilitation skills for workshops and product demonstrations
