Responsibilities

Identifies and leads initiatives for operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and cross-functional support for relevant credentialing processes.

  • Analyze complex data and build corresponding KPIs to identify risk-based opportunities.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Engage national credentialing teams holistically for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide cross-functional support and guidance.
  • Prepare reports synthesizing results and highlighting implications of findings.
  • Identify areas of compliance risk and recommend corrective actions.
  • Promote awareness of processes, internal controls, policies, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance, audit, or technical role, preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an analyst role or comparable position with demonstrated proficiency analyzing and interpreting large complex data sets, preferred.
