Role Summary
The Group Product Director will lead large initiatives, driving the vision, strategy, and execution for specific product lines or offerings. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record of building and launching successful products, aligning teams around a shared vision, and delivering customer and business value. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in product lifecycle management, cross-functional leadership, and a customer-centric approach to innovation.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team and product first culture within Radial.
- Drive the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and concept to launch and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure product-market fit and execution excellence.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business impact, customer feedback, and data-driven insights.
- Own key performance metrics and ensure the success of product initiatives, including adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring that the voice of the customer informs product decisions.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and clear communication of product plans, timelines, and results across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience developing and scaling products in [industry, e.g., SaaS, fintech, consumer goods, etc.]
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, product development tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into innovative solutions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with Jira, Figma, and Pragmatic Product Management approach.
- Experience in global product launches or managing a portfolio of products.
Travel :
- This position is remote.
- Minimal travel is required.
