Position Overview

Join our team as a Resident Services Coordinator! We're seeking a skilled communicator passionate about customer service to build and maintain great relationships with our residents.

You'll be the go-to point of contact for our residents collaborating with our other departments to help deliver a great customer experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as dedication to providing top-notch customer service and getting great results.

Responsibilities

Resident Communication: oversee all resident communication efforts, including managing rent delinquency cases, renewals, and other resident-related concerns across the designated portfolios.

As the main point of contact for residents, your role is to respond promptly to their inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests via telephone, email, and text.

One of the best parts of your job is developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents to foster a sense of community and promote resident retention.

You'll be working closely with the management team to ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed and that resident issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in customer service, real estate, financial services or a related field.


Desired Competencies:

  • Proficiency with property management, leasing, and mobile payment solution software: Appfolio.
  • Knowledge of residential real estate laws, regulations, and/or housing voucher assistance programs.

COMPENSATION DETAILS:

Exciting starting salary range of $5-$6 USD per hour with ample opportunities for growth within the company. This is a remote position requiring full-time availability, with work hours of Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm US CST. While we do not offer part-time positions, the benefits of being a full-time team member are significant.
