  • Assist clients in navigating our services and support them throughout their onboarding process.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Engage in continuous learning through training sessions to stay updated on our products and customer support techniques.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Experience in customer support or a client-facing role is highly preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a primary focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an asset.
