Position Responsibilities

This Intern will focus on researching and supporting the GPA Sr. Director of Partnerships, specifically on the PE initiative with market research and identifying which companies are in which PE’s portfolios, updating Smartsheet tracking for team updates on the Third Party Advisory Program and PE Program, building relationship mappings in Sales Navigator (license dependent), helping create tailored presentations and other materials for potential PE/Investor clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs for templates related to workflows, reports, presentations, and other program materials.
• Customize templates to align with our brand guidelines, ensuring a professional and cohesive look.
• Create user-friendly instructions or guidelines for utilizing the templates effectively.
• Collaborate with the GPA leadership team and other stakeholders to prioritize business needs.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. GPA 3.0 and above.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools. Other tools will be hands on learning opportunity.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
  
  
  

Compensation Information

The U.S. hourly range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
