Job description

The successful applicant will be able to work at our offices in Lviv, Warsaw, Barcelona, or remotely from Poland, Ukraine or Spain.

The company is currently looking for an Art Director to lead the visual direction of a new project in the Action RPG genre. You will participate in the full game development cycle from concept to production, and will influence key decisions and creation processes.

This position requires a high level of artistic skills, significant gaming experience, and a deep understanding of current game development trends.


Responsibilities

  • Defining and developing the visual style of the project together with the Game Director
  • Communicating artistic vision to Concept Art, 3D Art, Animation, VFX, Environment Art, UI, Marketing teams
  • Collaborating with Team Leads specializing in various art directions and prompting the development of their professional skills


Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Art Director in the gaming industry
  • Deep understanding of the full workflow cycle from concept to production, including user interface, VFX, modeling, character development, and animation
  • Experience in creating at least one project from concept to release
  • Experience in managing an Art Team and coordinating inter-team processes
  • Presentation, argumentation and effective communication skills
  • English language skills at the Advanced (С1) level or higher
