Are you a copywriter who knows how to turn product benefits into clicks, conversions, and revenue?


We’re looking for a Direct Response Copywriter who lives and breathes conversion copy. You’ll help drive the rapid growth of a beauty brand that’s redefining the anti-aging industry - and your words will be seen (and clicked) by millions.

YOUR MISSION

To write direct response copy that doesn’t just sound good - it performs. Your job is to turn the brand’s voice into high-converting landing pages, emails, ads, scripts, and more. You’ll collaborate with the growth, retention, and creative teams to test, iterate, and optimize copy that drives real revenue.


This is a full-time contractor role with flexible hours, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with a global team and work from anywhere in the world.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Drive paid ad performance by crafting high-converting ad copy that reduces CAC while increasing click-through rates across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.

WHO YOU ARE

Experience: 3+ years of experience writing performance copy for high-growth DTC brands, preferably in beauty, wellness, or supplements.

Detail-Oriented: You obsess over every word, headline, and CTA. Typos don’t stand a chance, and neither does vague messaging. You know how to match tone, structure, and formatting to every stage of the funnel.

Strategic & Hands-On: You see the big picture and the small details. Equally at home brainstorming launch angles as you are optimizing subject lines or refining a VSL script.

Data-Oriented: You’re data driven - whether it's CTR, CVR, or ROAS, you review performance data, test relentlessly, and write copy that’s engineered to convert.

Flexible & Growth-Focused: Thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Willing to adapt, pivot, and solve problems on the fly.

Portfolio ready: You have a proven track record of writing high-converting copy for ads, emails and landing pages, and are able to showcase them through your portfolio.


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 Days: You’ve absorbed the brand voice, audited current assets, and launched your first copy tests.

60 Days: You’re producing high-performing assets weekly, with measurable lifts in CVR and CTR.

90 Days: You’ve become the go-to copy expert for new launches and scaling creatives, consistently writing winning copy that drives revenue.
