The new initiative This new initiative is focused on  expanding our AI-driven tools beyond pain management to tackle bigger healthcare challenges. This initiative focuses on driving efficiency, streamlining operations, and improving outcomes in areas critical to society’s well-being.

As a Senior Content Creator, you’ll be at the forefront of building and shaping a brand’s voice and content strategy from scratch. You’ll define how the brand communicates, ensuring it captivates both customers and talent. This role goes beyond execution—you’ll bring bold ideas, craft compelling narratives, and establish a content presence that sets the brand apart. Through strategic content development, creative storytelling, and data-driven editorial decisions, you’ll drive lead generation and elevate brand awareness.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Craft compelling, strategically driven copy that is clear, persuasive, and beautifully constructed for B2B target audiences
  • Collaborate as a team with a Senior Designer, ensuring that ideas are conceptually strong, well-articulated, and executed with exceptional craft.
  • Write  high-impact, conversion-driven copy across a wide range of formats, including landing pages, social media, scripts, editorial content, and campaign messaging
  • Own the narrative and structure of deck presentations, ensuring storytelling is engaging, persuasive, and strategically sound
  • Brainstorm and experiment with new creative ideas that help the brand stand out and drive our goals
  • Deliver copy with speed, consistency, accuracy, and creative flair, adapting tone and style to suit different purposes.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and continuously refine messaging to drive lead generation
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and creative best practices

  • what you need to have :
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing copywriting, with at least 3 years focused on B2B;
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies for content optimization and iteration;
  • Strong understanding of behavioral psychology and persuasion techniques in copywriting;
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and apply insights to refine messaging and increase conversion rates;
  • Proficiency in AI-powered writing tools to enhance efficiency, optimize messaging, and scale content production;
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with growth, design, and campaign teams to align messaging with business goals;
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English, with exceptional attention to clarity and impact


  • Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience in healthcare or SaaS content marketing;
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools for tracking content performance;
  • Strong understanding of behavioral psychology and persuasive writing techniques for optimizing conversion;
  • Background in UX writing;
  • Interest in AI-assisted content creation and staying ahead of emerging copywriting technologies
