Being part of an Epic (scrum) team, you will be a Business Analyst within the team ensuring proper application functional documentation as well as supporting testing of functionality being delivered.

Day To Day
- Documenting new and existing functionality.
- Support Agile team members with testing as needed for new functionality being delivered.
- Support of Audit investigations/inquiries.
- Develop a detailed understanding of business processes and functional needs.
- Determine options and alternatives for technology solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document specifications
- As a team player help where needed to get the job done

Essentials
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Has experience in talking to business users to gather data requirements, understand their issues. Can ask 5 times why to find the real problem to solve.
- Can switch from details to the bigger picture and back.
- Can explain requirements to developers (via User stories).
- Can facilitate workshops with business to define process, requirements, and impact on current way of working.
- Can set priorities or challenge priorities.
- Has a can-do mentality.
- Speaks/writes English fluently.
