About the Role

As a Client Relations Sales Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients in the home care and healthcare industries. This role is highly proactive, focused on outreach to business owners and potential buyers. You’ll build relationships and create opportunities for successful transactions. The role involves working closely with internal partners and analysts to generate new business and expand the client’s reach, directly impacting the company’s success.


What You'll Do

  • Proactively reach out to home care business owners who might be considering selling and initiate discussions with potential buyers interested in entering or expanding in the home care industry.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and objectives, qualifying leads and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
  • Build and maintain a network of industry relationships to generate consistent deal flow and expand market reach.
  • Collaborate closely with partners to develop new business opportunities and refine the client acquisition strategy.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in industry events to expand our reach and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Manage client interactions using CRM tools, track data, and provide reporting on progress and key metrics.


Experience Requirements

  • 2-3 years of remote sales experience (phone, Zoom, or other virtual platforms), with a proven track record of delivering strong results in sales or business development.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in the home care, home healthcare, or hospice industries.
  • Ideal candidates would have experience in a business development or sales role in M&A advisory, brokerage, or private equity focused on healthcare, although this is not a strict requirement.
  • Comfortable with proactive outreach, understanding the consultative nature of sales in a small-team setting, and being able to handle multiple aspects of the sales cycle.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $2,000 – $2,500 per month.
  • Commission: Generous bonus structure based on successful sales and deals closed. Expected success is 1-2 sales per month.
  • Remote Work: Full-time, remote work, with flexible working hours. The position requires US-based working hours (9 AM – 6 PM).
  • Paid Time Off: Flexible holiday selection and PTO, with national holidays observed.

Interview Process:
