Business Development Manager, Hospitality – Americas

Location: Atlanta, GA preferred, or US remote

Compensation: $190,000-$200,000 USD (OTE)

The Opportunity

As a Business Development Manager, Hospitality - Americas, based in the US, you will be a key driver of Worldline’s growth in the hospitality sector. Your role will focus on creating and executing a go-to-market strategy with the objective to sign up new enterprise clients, including leading hotels brands, property managers, and hospitality ownership groups, and expanding our footprint across the Americas region. You will leverage your expertise in payments and hospitality to develop strategic partnerships, generate revenue opportunities, and position Worldline as the preferred payment solutions provider.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

New Business Acquisition & Growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector across NorthAm & LATAM.
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of high-value prospects, leading them through the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy, targeting enterprise clients in hospitality.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract structuring to maximize revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.

Strategic Market Expansion

  • Analyze market trends, regulatory updates, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Develop tailored value propositions that align with customer needs and Worldline’s payment solutions portfolio.
  • Work closely with the product and innovation teams to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant to travel industry trends.
  • Represent Worldline at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work cross-functionally with account management, product, compliance, marketing, and operations teams to drive new business opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams to enhance client engagement strategies and optimize sales processes.
  • Provide market feedback to help shape Worldline’s product roadmap and service enhancements.

Who Are We Looking For

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within payments, travel, hospitality, or fintech industries.
  • Strong network among global hospitality brands and CRS/PMS partners is a plus.
  • Expertise in B2B sales, consultative selling, and complex deal negotiations.
  • Ability to develop compelling value propositions and communicate the benefits of Worldline’s solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a multinational and matrixed environment, collaborating across teams and geographies.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus.

Preferred Experience

  • +4 years of “hunter” experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the payments, fintech, or travel sectors.
  • Knowledge of payment solutions, cross-border transactions, and travel industry payment challenges.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset, with a drive to hunt and close deals.
  • Experience leading regional expansion strategies and working with enterprise clients.
