Apply now for the position of Field Application Specialist, and you will be responsible for performing technical, mainly pre-defined tasks for accomplishing defined service delivery work for customer equipment.

Your role:

  • You are responsible to support and educate customers in the optimal usage of applications.
  • You are responsible to conduct and document investigational testing which supports the evaluation of customer issues and identification of potential product issues.
  • You are responsible to support customers in using (software) applications and solutions to the optimum extend.
  • You are responsible to provide comprehensive training for using applications and solution focused on specific customer demand.
  • You are responsible to configure software applications to meet customer needs.
  • You are responsible to act as an interface between customer and provider of application to solve customer problems and enhance the application with new features.
  • You are responsible to perform mainly pre-defined, technical tasks (for example, basic commissioning of products and systems, integration of components to a system, basic engineering, maintenance jobs) and work packages on-site and remotely.
  • You are responsible to support customer remotely and onsite, provides 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues.
  • You are responsible to coordinate and accomplish defined service operations and/or resolves product issues for customers equipment.
  • You are responsible to support in generating sales leads for pre-defined service offers and contributes to planning activities.
  • You are responsible to adhere to defined processes and applicable regulations.
  • You are responsible to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support evaluation of customer issues.
  • You are responsible to compile data, analyzes results and provides conclusion.
  • You are responsible to maintain laboratory equipment and prepares materials.
  • You are responsible to troubleshoot issues with testing equipment, materials and data.
  • You are responsible to contribute to development of investigational protocols.
  • You are responsible to provide guidance and mentoring for staff technical development.
  • You are responsible to contribute to laboratory process development and improvement.
  • You are responsible to connect with Regional Global for application related matters, technical support updates and enquiries
  • You are responsible to coordinate with internal team members including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Service, and other departments/areas as required.

Your expertise:

  • You have a degree in health sciences, bio medical or any equivalent bachelors.
  • You have experience in medical devices, healthcare, Bio medical or Pharma industry would be added advantage.
  • You have minimum of 3 - 7 years’ experience.
  • You excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
