Job Description
Plan and execute annual product launch strategies tailored to the local market
Collaborate with global HQ on new product development timelines and targets
Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs and growth opportunities
Manage product lifecycle activities such as updates, positioning, cost control, and phase-outs
Create promotional programs to meet quarterly and yearly sales targets
Act as the main contact for resolving product issues in your category
Participate in trade shows and industry events to stay informed on market trends
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 2 years of experience in product marketing or product management
Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English
Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally and across cultures
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach
