Job Description

  • Plan and execute annual product launch strategies tailored to the local market
  • Collaborate with global HQ on new product development timelines and targets
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs and growth opportunities
  • Manage product lifecycle activities such as updates, positioning, cost control, and phase-outs
  • Create promotional programs to meet quarterly and yearly sales targets
  • Act as the main contact for resolving product issues in your category
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to stay informed on market trends


The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product marketing or product management
  • Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English
  • Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally and across cultures
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
  • Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach
