  • At least 5 years of experience in Regional Sales Manager within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven ability to lead large sales teams and manage extensive distributor networks effectively.
  • Deep knowledge of Thailand's trade landscape, including market dynamics and consumer trends.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities with both internal teams and external partners.
