Job Description

  • Define and lead the overarching brand and marketing strategy for a portfolio of luxury F&B concepts within a flagship resort
  • Partner with executive leadership and creative agencies to shape concept positioning and guest experience from inception to launch
  • Build brand frameworks and long-term growth strategies that drive awareness, engagement and market differentiation
  • Oversee the development of multi-channel campaigns with a focus on storytelling, brand equity and performance marketing
  • Leverage market intelligence and consumer insights to influence decision-making and future brand evolution
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, setting the standard for strategic excellence and cross-functional collaboration

  • Minimum of 9 years' experience in senior F&B brand and marketing roles within luxury hospitality or lifestyle sectors
  • Proven experience launching and scaling luxury F&B brands within global hospitality or lifestyle environments
  • Strategic thinker with a strong grasp of brand architecture, positioning and long-term growth planning
  • Commercially driven with the ability to connect brand strategy to business objectives and performance metrics
  • Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders and creative partners
  • Skilled in building brands that balance storytelling, guest experience and market differentiation
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with a start-up mindset and a passion for innovation and excellence
  • Comfortable navigating high-profile projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
  • Willing and able to relocate to the UAE for this high-impact leadership opportunity
