This analytical position presents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, high-energy, and experienced data analyst with an eye for data storytelling – connecting data to the company business case. Reporting to the SVP, Marketing & Insights this role will play a pivotal role in driving Interos.ai' presence in the market – leveraging interos.ai’s risk intelligence data to identifying trends, write analyses and create visuals, reports and blogs to communicate impact to the market. By spearheading insights-based content, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with PR/ Comms, Demand Gen, Applied AI and the Sales teams to drive deliver insights to market.
Essential Functions/duties:
Identify trends within Interos.ai’ data by using Excel, Tableau and other reporting and visualization tools
Use SQL to run analyses and visualize data to support blog posts, industry reports, presentation decks, customer presentations and press coverage
Support PR outreach and inbounds with daily data pulls
Create a framework to scale the production of insights for blog posts, reports, presentation decks, press coverage and social media posts
Create thought leadership and marketing assets that motivate businesses to pursue risk management opportunities through Interos.ai
Create and manage scalable data processes including a repository of scripts to scale production of insights (data points, charts, commentary and marketing assets including blogs, reports and presentation decks)
Drive press coverage and make news, while also supporting media inbounds from leading publications leveraging Interos.ai’s risk data to illustrate impact of risk events
Provide holistic industry insights by combining findings from Interos.ai’ data platform with relevant external research and supply chain, risk and technology news
Leverage the popularity of trending and seasonal topics for real time value and impact, crafting a compelling story based on data relevant to supply chain and risk professionals
Clearly communicate findings through charts, slide decks, and reports
Partner with the SVP, Marketing & Insights to build a marketing insights capability across the organization to drive insights-based go-to-market collateral
Work with customers, media outlets, and partners on ad hoc requests for market estimates, insights, event content, reports, and bylines
Customize market and customer insights for sales pitch decks and quarterly business reviews
Deliver ad hoc data reporting and analysis on trends
Clearly communicate findings through written reports, webinars, press interviews, and social media asset, event presentations, customer presentations and blog posts
Qualifications:
Self-motivating with a proven ability to multitask, prioritize and work with all levels
5+ years of relevant working experience, including 3+ years experience as a data analyst or consultant
High proficiency in SQL, Experience in R and Python is a plus
Expertise in visualization and using data insights to make recommendations and achieve goals
Proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects with high attention to detail
Work experience in the supply chain, risk management, cybersecurity space or in research, investment, or consulting companies; experience with federal, retail or ESG industries is a plus
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, with an emphasis on economics, computer science, finance, statistics or mathematics
Strong analytical, quantitative and research skills and the ability and desire to understand and integrate data into a compelling story with business insights to customers, prospects, and tech press
A balance of both strong quantitative skills as well as creativity in design and writing
Thrive working hands-on with large volumes of varied data with the curiosity to dive in and discover what is driving the trends in the supply chain risk management space
Resourcefulness to find relevant and credible external information on your own
Managed overlapping projects and deadlines across time zones and take real ownership of your work with dedication to relevant detail, timelines and accuracy
Strong external communication and presentation skills. Fully fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in English
Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
Additional Information
Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Travel Requirements: This position may require up to 25% travel to meet with partners or attend events.
Work Environment: This job operates in a remote capacity. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.
Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role. Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
